Clause (1): Introduction
In order for the "Ehsan" platform (hereinafter referred to as "Ehsan Platform") to provide the best levels of service, and in its belief in the importance of data and its confidentiality, including the confidentiality and privacy of user data and entered data, the Ehsan Platform is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of this data, and it will not disclose this information except in accordance with the specific controls stipulated in Clause Four (Use and Disclosure), noting that the privacy and confidentiality of the information described below are part of the terms of use of the Ehsan Platform.

Contact data and updates related to use: Contact data, including data related to the device used to communicate, such as the device language, system type, and browser type.

Data Storage: The user's data is stored on the servers specified by the Ehsan Platform within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the platform ensures that these servers are protected from hacking and unauthorized access according to the established standards.
Deletion of Account Data: Data deletion is permitted by submitting a technical support request (support channels), and the account and profile data will be deleted and the financial transactions associated with the account will be modified to be an unregistered donation (visitor).

The user agrees to allow the Ehsan Platform (including authorized persons from its employees and workers) to access the user's data.
The user agrees to allow the use of his/her non-identifiable user data within cumulative statistical data and indicators and to share it with all relevant parties as the Ehsan Platform deems appropriate.
The user agrees to allow the disclosure of user data related to him/her to non-governmental entities authorized by the competent authorities to perform specific government services.
The user acknowledges that the Ehsan platform has the right to disclose any information to the competent authorities, when necessary to comply with any law, regulation, governmental or judicial request.

The Ehsan platform may provide links to other parties, and the platform is not responsible for how other parties collect or use the user's personal identification information, and the user must refer to the privacy notices of those sites.

In order to protect the user's data, the Ehsan platform recommends the following:
Immediately contact the technical support of the Ehsan platform when the user believes that another person has been able to obtain the login information to his account on the platform or any other confidential information.
Not to give any confidential information over the phone or the Internet unless you know the identity of the person or party receiving the information.
Not to share login information (username and password) with others.
Not to allow others to use the user's account on the Ehsan platform.
Use the platform through a secure electronic device and close unused Internet-connected applications.
Ensure that the antivirus program is always updated.
Clause (1): Introduction
The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority is the supervisory authority of the Ehsan Platform.
The Ehsan Platform has full freedom to update this Privacy Policy at any time, including adding or changing any of the provisions of the Privacy Policy, and the user will be notified via the email registered with it about any update to this policy, and the Ehsan Platform has the right to terminate the user's account if the user does not accept any change in the Privacy Policy.
The Arabic language is the approved language in applying the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, and in the event of a dispute in the interpretation of any text contained in any other language, the text written in Arabic shall be presented.
The Privacy Policy is subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the event of a dispute - God forbid - related to it, the competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the authorized authority to consider disputes related to or arising from the Privacy Policy.
