Terms and Conditions of Use for "Resalate" Platform

Welcome to the "Resalate" platform and application. This platform is operated by Supercoding Service (registered in Sweden). By using the "Resalate" application, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue using the application immediately.

1. Nature of the Service and Platform's Role

• The "Resalate" application is a digital service platform designed to connect users with mosques in Sweden, facilitating access to available information and services (e.g., Friday sermon schedules, women's prayer rooms, funeral washing services, Quran memorization circles, educational lessons, and lectures).

• The platform acts strictly as an "electronic directory" and informational intermediary. It does not own, manage, operate, or supervise any of the mosques listed in the application.

2. Donations and Financial Disclaimer

• Donation Mechanism: The platform provides external links and payment details belonging to the mosques (such as Swish numbers, Bankgiro, or PayPal accounts) to help users support them.

• Disclaimer of Liability: All financial transactions occur directly between the donor and the respective mosque. Supercoding Service does not receive, process, hold, or deduct any percentage of these donations.

• Consequently, we completely disclaim all legal and financial liability for any disputes, transfer errors, or the manner in which mosques manage the donated funds. The responsibility to verify the accuracy of the payment details and the destination of the donation rests exclusively with the user and the mosque.

3. Mosque Admin Accounts and Content

• Mosque officials are granted access to manage their respective pages and post updates only after their official documents have been verified.

• The mosque and its representatives are solely and fully responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and legality of the content published on the platform (including event schedules, donation requests, and announcements).

• The platform reserves the absolute right to remove any content, or to suspend or terminate the account of any mosque found to be publishing misleading information, violating Swedish laws, or promoting hate speech and extremism.

4. User Obligations

• Users commit to providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

• It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any illegal purposes, attempt to hack the platform’s software systems, transmit viruses, or engage in data scraping or data mining in any form.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights associated with the "Resalate" platform (including but not limited to source code, UI/UX designs, databases, trademarks, and logos) are the exclusive property of Supercoding Service. It is strictly forbidden to copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The application’s services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from technical bugs.

• Supercoding Service bears no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: inaccurate event times at mosques, or broken/incorrect third-party donation links.

7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Sweden.

• In the event of any legal dispute arising from or related to the use of the platform, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent Swedish courts.
