We at "Supercoding Service", registered in Sweden, take your privacy very seriously. This "Privacy Policy" explains how we collect, use, protect, and process your personal data when you use the "Resalate" platform and application.   • Sensitive Data: Given the nature of the platform serving mosques, your use of the application may implicitly indicate your religious beliefs. We handle this data with the utmost confidentiality and do not use it for any purpose other than enabling your access to available services.

3. Donations and Financial Transactions The "Resalate" platform acts as a directory and technical facilitator to connect users with mosques. The platform does not intervene in any financial operations.

  • All donations are made directly between the user and the mosque via the approved external payment channels of the mosque (such as direct transfer apps, bank transfers, or electronic payment gateways).

  • The platform does not collect, process, or store any financial data, account numbers, or credit card details for users.

4. Verification of Mosque Officials To ensure the security and reliability of the platform, we require mosque officials to provide official proof documents to verify their identity and administrative capacity before granting them access to manage mosque pages and available services (such as Friday sermons, women's prayer rooms, and educational lessons). These documents are kept securely and used solely for administrative verification purposes.

5. Sharing Data with External Parties We guarantee absolute confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any external parties whatsoever. Furthermore, we do not use external data analysis services, nor do we share your data with any advertising or marketing networks.

6. Communication and Notifications We use your contact data (email or in-app notifications) exclusively to send alerts and updates related to the mosques you follow so you know what is new (such as lesson schedules and activities). We do not send any marketing or advertising messages.

7. Data Security and Retention

  • Security: We implement strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or loss, including data encryption during transmission.

  • Retention Period: We retain your basic account data as long as your account remains active. Once you request account deletion, all your data is instantly wiped from our servers and cannot be recovered.
